I JUST watched the baby hat how to. I really like the brim and how you cast off, it is very simple, and will have my hats looking a lot better.

Someone wrote me and ask if I knew of a pattern for mittens on the knitting loom. I looked through the books that I have and could not find one. Do you know of one? or maybe create a pattern for mittens. Thanks

It is only called wool if it comes from sheep. It is called YARN. Bernat and Red Heart are mostly acrylic YARN.

      fiber, material, yarn, wool -
for tutorial purposes, it all means the same thing

For tutorial purposes the correct terms should be used.

Don’t listen to the stupid responses. *Sigh* You did a great video. Check out our “THE TURD SONG” video for a cute laugh, it’s our 4 year old singing a Nickelodeon son. We LOVE loom knitting. Working on a video now as well. Plus, we use Red Heart too!

are size 4 yarns okay for this? I got 3 from hobby lobby and I’m worried because doing the two-3 string sounds difficult, and so does making a ball.

What happens if the one size is too small but the next ring is too big for hats?? I have that problem with my rings – one sits on the top on my head and the other one falls down to my shoulders.

I was looking for the video that shows the 1 strand (am using your “empty” pen idea) done twice. I imagine that means 4 loops per peg. But I have an easier time when I can see it rather than trying to “imagine” it. Thanks

Thank you sooo much for your wonderful tutorial!
I gave birth to a preemie baby last week. I wanted to make him a little hat to keep his head warm, and couldn’t have done it without your tute!
He is going to be a good lookin lil’ stinker in his hat!
      <3 & thanks

I found this video to be very informative. You have great ideas. I wasn’t happy with the spaces left by using one strand of yarn either. So This is very helpful. Thank you for sharing!

So very helpful. You helped me save time and yarn. I am glad that I saw the video. It saved me from making a 1 strand hat that I would have probably hated.

Hi, Mikey I love your videos. I loved this hat video it was so easy to pick up. I got inspired to make a blanket. The only thing is that I do not know how to end it. Do you have a video showing how to end a blanket

Which one would you recommend? The two strings at one time?
